How long does a custom order take?

Every piece is made to order in Papakura, and most are posted within 1 to 2 working days. For anything personalised, Sandy emails you a proof to approve before it's pressed. If you need it by a date, tell us when you order, and Sandy will let you know whether she can make it in time.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, our 11oz photo mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. The 20oz tumblers are dishwasher safe but must not go in the microwave.

What kind of photo prints best?

The original photo, at the largest size you have. Straight from your phone is fine. Screenshots and pictures saved from social media are smaller, so they print less sharply.

Can I return a personalised item?

Please see our refund policy. If something arrives damaged, get in touch with Sandy straight away.
