Shipping policy

We post from Papakura, Auckland, with a tracked courier, and your tracking number comes by email. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days in the North Island and 3 to 4 in the South Island once your order is posted. Made-to-order and personalised items are made first, then posted.

Shipping within New Zealand is free on orders over $65. Rural addresses carry a rural delivery surcharge. We also post to Australia, and the cost shows at checkout.

Local pickup from Papakura is also available: choose Pickup at checkout and we will arrange a time with you by email.
