How a custom order works

    Choose your piece

    Pick a mug, tumbler, tee, onesie or jar, and the size or finish if there's a choice.

    Send your idea

    Upload a photo or artwork and type the names or words right on the product page.

  3. 3

    We make it

    Sandy presses or builds it by hand in Papakura. Questions come to you by email.

  4. 4

    Posted to you

    Packed with care and sent across New Zealand or to Australia.

What you can send us

  • Photos. Straight from your phone is fine. The larger the file, the sharper the print.
  • Names & messages. Type them exactly as you want them printed, and double-check the spelling.
  • Your logo. A PNG with a transparent background, or a PDF, gives the crispest result.
  • Kids' drawings. Snap it in daylight on a flat surface.

Please only send artwork you own or have permission to use. We can't print brand logos, sports teams or film and TV characters without a licence.

How long does a custom order take?

Every piece is made to order in Papakura. If you need it by a date, tell us when you order, and Sandy will let you know whether she can make it in time.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, our 11oz photo mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. The 20oz tumblers are dishwasher safe but must not go in the microwave.

What kind of photo prints best?

The original photo, at the largest size you have. Straight from your phone is fine. Screenshots and pictures saved from social media are smaller, so they print less sharply.

Can I return a personalised item?

Please see our refund policy. If something arrives damaged, get in touch with Sandy straight away.

Do you make orders for businesses, schools and teams?

Yes. Use the quote form above with what you need, how many and by when, and Sandy will reply with a quote.
